Join our Global Rewards Team and play a pivotal role in building effective, standardised rewards processes that support our diverse and dynamic workforce across regions. Welcome to the Global Rewards Team At Novonesis, we are redefining how we manage rewards on a global scale. Following our merger of two leading bioscience companies, with a workforce exceeding 10,000 employees worldwide, we are creating new global processes and principles to support a unified and forward-thinking organisation. As part of our Global Rewards team, you will collaborate with Regional Rewards Consultants, P&O, and other key stakeholders to drive our rewards agenda and ensure scalable, impactful solutions for our global workforce. In this role you'll make an impact by: Taking ownership of designing, refining, and implementing global rewards processes, you will ensure consistency and compliance across all regions. Managing critical areas such as annual salary reviews, promotions, performance management, and incentives. Playing a key role in ensuring these processes are digitally supported, globally applicable, and enriched with robust training materials. Driving and managing standardised global rewards processes, ensuring consistent application across all regions. Collaborating with HR Information Systems (HRIS) teams to integrate processes into Workday and provide necessary digital support. Partnering with Global Rewards, Regional Rewards, Finance, and P&O teams to ensure seamless execution of rewards initiatives. Conducting data analysis in collaboration with People Analytics to evaluate program effectiveness and prepare management reports. Ensuring compliance with global and local regulations, including tax laws and labour standards. Potentially relevant experience: Experience in managing global rewards programs, particularly in an international context. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in HR systems like Workday and Excel. Great communication and collaboration skills, with fluency in English. Could our purpose be yours?
