WHO WE ARE Hallmark's Global Merchandising Services Division ensures the execution of all Seasonal and everyday programs in stores. We are the final step to helping our customers live Caring Connected Lives. Our teams build and revise existing Hallmark Departments in various retail chains, bring our merchandise to life through our card department displays and outposts. WHAT YOUR ROLE ENTAILS AND HOW YOU'LL CONTRIBUTE As a Territory/Installation Supervisor (TIS) you will manage other employees while also having the responsibility of servicing accounts yourself. This position will include merchandiser responsibilities for a high-volume Walmart that you will service twice each week. You will also be responsible for servicing several smaller retailers either once a week or every other week on an assigned schedule. Due to the geography of this position, you may need to travel up to 2 hours to service some of these accounts (depending on your location. In addition to the accounts you service, you will manage 2 Retail Merchandisers - ensuring they are trained in our service procedures, get the information they need to execute programs and follow up to ensure they are following service schedules and budgeted hours. This position will also schedule and lead inventories in multiple accounts in their area once a year. You will also lead and staff any minor or major installations in their territory.
