Our Opening and Your Responsibilities Mettler-Toledo Rainin is looking for a Service Sales Support Administrator to join our team in the Bay Area. This position will be responsible for working directly with customers and sales personnel to manage service renewals within a broad base of Life Science accounts. The administrator must excel working in a fast-paced environment that manages a high volume of work. Your responsibilities will include: Manage the service renewal process for existing service customers from sending service reminders, confirmation of service requirements, generation of quotations and ensuring receipt of customer purchase order. Work closely with service customers by email and phone, as well as internal stakeholders including sales and service schedulers to meet customer's requirements.
