Job Title: RN Team Lead

Job description: The RN Team Lead (TL) is responsible for supervision, accountability, training, process management and performance oversight of the PCR and TCR.

The TL must have case management experience with proven communications, organizational, and time management skills.

• Exhibit proficiency in the medical standards of military service and the Disability Evaluation System process as defined in AR 40-501, AR 40-502, AR 40-66, AR 635-40, and DA PAM 635-40, as well as other applicable regulatory guidance.
• Manage the day-to-day operations to ensure quality, timely validation, and adjudication of MNR Soldiers' profiles.
• Collaborate with Contract Manager to address performance concerns by utilizing tools such as Performance Improvement Plans and/or additional training conducted by a Contractor team member.
• Assist new PCR/TCR's with inprocessing, provide the initial orientation to the worksite, and train or assign a designated trainer to train the new PCR/TCR.
• Provide additional training to any PCR/TCR that requires assistance with meeting performance expectations.
• compile the team's monthly case report to include number of open cases, closed cases, the number of cases identified needing a MEB or ND-PEB, submitted cases, and important unresolved issues.
• Maintain a case tracking system for the Contractor staff teams to use in collaboration with AR-MMC Program Manager and AR-MMC staff.
• Perform a Quality Control review of completed packets to include MEBs, IDRMs, and PEBs. Return any incorrect/incomplete packets to the PCR for correction.
• Prepare monthly reports to be submitted to the Contract Manager and the COR.
• Conduct audits of behavioral health files.

Qualifications:

• Associate Degree in Nursing; Bachelors Degree preferred and must have case management experience
