Coperion is now looking foran Accounts Receivable Accounting Admin Clerkto join our team in Sabetha, KS.

This Part-Time position will be responsible for Accounts Receivable clerical work.

Work You'll Do:

  • Special Project Crest assignments for Summer 2025. AR Aging Mapping for upload into SAP.

  • Customer Setup in SAP.

  • Maintaining Sales Order Blocks to alleviate invoicing errors.

  • Scan credit memo forms/backup and attach in SAP.

  • Working Tax Short Pays/Sales Tax Audit---Communicate with customers to obtain exemption certificates.

  • Accounts Receivable Invoicing Backup for Summer Vacations.

  • Move shipping files to network job folders for AR- backup only.

  • Perform other special projects, audit support and departmental duties as designated by supervisor.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Basic accounting knowledge/skills

  • AP/AR experience preferred

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
