Shift 1 (United States of America) Coperion is now looking foran Accounts Receivable Accounting Admin Clerkto join our team in Sabetha, KS. This Part-Time position will be responsible for Accounts Receivable clerical work. Work You'll Do: Special Project Crest assignments for Summer 2025. AR Aging Mapping for upload into SAP. Customer Setup in SAP. Maintaining Sales Order Blocks to alleviate invoicing errors. Scan credit memo forms/backup and attach in SAP. Working Tax Short Pays/Sales Tax Audit---Communicate with customers to obtain exemption certificates. Accounts Receivable Invoicing Backup for Summer Vacations. Move shipping files to network job folders for AR- backup only. Perform other special projects, audit support and departmental duties as designated by supervisor.
