Position Title: Director of Training & Development
Salary: $100,000-$150,000 per year A Director of Training & Development job in Waukegan, IL is available through Accelerate Professional Talent Solutions. This newly created role requires candidates to have 10+ years of training and development experience within the hospitality, gaming, or casino industries. In this position, you will design, develop, and deliver training programs geared towards improving employee performance and guest satisfaction. This position will also develop learning strategies, support leadership development, and lead training initiatives for all levels and departments. This role will use LMS tool to measure learning and development outcomes. This fully onsite role would be required to work some evenings and weekends to meet training needs. Director of Training & Development Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field required. - 10+ years of training and development experience within the hospitality, gaming, or casino industries. - Strong experience with learning management systems and platforms. - Strong understanding of guest service operations. - Experience with developing and leading teams. - Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus.
