The Shipping & Receiving Supervisor plays a key leadership role in coordinating the accurate and timely flow of goods in and out of the facility. This is an onsite role in Woodland, CA that reports to the Plant Manager. In addition to supervising logistics operations, you will lead daily tier meetings, coach frontline material handlers in Lean thinking, and drive continuous improvement in shipping accuracy, dock efficiency, and OTIF performance. You will be expected to role-model problem-solving behaviors and drive sustainable improvements through coaching, standardization, and visual management. This role is onsite in Woodland, CA, and will report to the Plant Manager. You Will:
