Overview:
We are seeking a Litigation Docketing Administrator to join our Litigation team. This position can also be remote.

Key Responsibilities Include:
* Monitor federal and state court dockets.
* Research and calculate rules-based litigation deadlines in multiple jurisdictions in order to docket and enter information into the firm's docketing system.
* Respond to individual requests regarding specific calendar reports and calculation questions.
* Special projects and duties as assigned.

Our Ideal Candidates Will Have:
* 5+ years of recent litigation experience, preference given to candidates with litigation docketing experience using a rules-based docketing software.
* Experience with Minnesota courts a plus.
* Experience with database management, data entry control, and reporting.
* Recent experience docketing and/or supporting litigation in multiple states, both Federal districts and State jurisdictions.
* Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
* Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment, with superb attention to detail.
* Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with all levels of firm personnel.
* Ability to problem solve and use sound judgment.
* Self-starer who values collaboration with their team.

The salary range for this position varies by geographical market. In Minneapolis, the estimated starting annual pay range is $65,000-$75,000. The compensation offered will be dependent on the candidate's experience, skills, education, professional background, overall qualifications, and geographic market location.
