We are currently seeking a Quality Clerk at our Irvine, CA. This position performs diversified clerical assignments where experience and judgment are required to understand the purpose of the process/procedure and its relationship with previous and subsequent operations. Essential Functions (other duties may be assigned) *Data entry, document scanning and filing
*Certification review for process verification
*Customer and product documentation preparation
*Preparation of reports and presentations
*Document Administration/ Document cold storage prep
*Metallurgical analysis reports
*Related administrative support for QA department *High school diploma or offsetting experience. Some college coursework is recommended
*Quality Assurance experience at any level, specifically in a manufacturing facility
*Competency in Windows-based software such as Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
*Excellent communication skills using English language (both verbally and in writing).
*Requires attention to detail and exhibit a strong sense of responsibility and punctuality.
*Must have ability to work with minimal supervision, as well as in a team setting.
*Should be familiar with AS9100 and quality system requirements
*Intermediate software skills, use if ERP/MRP, Excel, and Word
*Excellent oral and written communication skills
*Exceptional interpersonal skills
*Highly organized with a keen attention to detail, while ensuring follow-through to completion of all tasks
*Ability to problem solve and prioritize work queue effectively Preferred: *Familiarity with metallurgical concepts and terms
*Corrective action experience would be helpful.
*Customer service experience
