Job Summary:

The primary purpose of this position is to plan and execute special projects across the commercial portfolio to meet the changing needs of the LSS Lines of Service (LOS) and to optimize the commercial real estate footprint. Typical duties, for each special project, include developing a scope of work based on the LOS goals and budget, developing detailed plans and schedule to execute the project, supporting the LOS in planning and executing their activities related to the project, obtaining competitive bids, selecting and managing vendors, providing work direction and ensuring the project is completed on time and on budget.

Qualifications and Requirements:



  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Project Management or related field. Relevant experience may substitute education.
  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience
  • Strong customer service and collaboration skills
  • 1 year supervisory experience preferred.
  • Prefer a construction background, hands-on building maintenance experience and familiarity with IBC International Building codes and local building codes.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite, building automation software, security system software, OSHA compliance and building mechanical systems.
  • Experience in negotiations with management.
  • Knowledge of applicable local, state and federal codes/regulations.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and detail orientation skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft 365
  • Willingness and ability to learn new software tools to drive efficiency and improved service delivery
  • Valid driver's license required
