What you'll be challenged to do:
During your internship, you will work on a highly functioning team and aid in providing data collection and assesment services for a wide variety of projects. You'll receive guidance, supervision and mentorship by experienced engineers and professionals with your success as the goal. The majority of our interns convert to full-time employees.

In this capacity, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

• Conduct research on client requirements and standards.
• Assist in collecting, organizing and analyzing field data
• Contribute to ideas for process improvement.
• Coordinate with engineering disciplines on technical details.

What you'll bring to our firm:

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Architecture, Engineering, or related field of study.
• Demonstrated experience in condition assessment through applied coursework, internships, or other work experiences.
• Proficiency in software such as SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail in all tasks.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients on various projects.

What we prefer you bring:

• Exposure to building types such as transportation, education, commercial, industrial, and government projects.
• Familiarity with using data collection tools in the field

Location: New York, NY

Core Business Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Employment Status: Hourly (30-40 hours per week)

Salary Range: $20.00-$28.00 per hour

Salary dependent on completed years of education, relevant experience, and geographic location.
