About the Role:
SaaS Product Senior Manager
We are seeking a dynamic, strategic, and results-oriented leader to drive the growth and performance of our global Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) business. The ideal candidate will have a fundamental understanding of SaaS business models, a proven track record of cross-functional collaboration, with a focus on leading customer relationships and executing go-to-market strategies. This role supports a suite of SaaS products serving global markets, including the U.S., Canada, Europe, and the Middle East. A strong grasp of agile product development and SaaS product strategy is desired.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the growth of our VITALS SaaS business, with a focus on delivering real value to customers and strong business performance.
- Collaborate with teams to shape and evolve the product roadmap based on customer needs and market trends.
- Work with global customers (U.S., Canada, Europe, Middle East) to support product delivery, licensing, billing and customization.
- Manage SaaS product updates and configurations while ensuring secure use of customer data to improve product capabilities.
- Stay informed on the evolving SaaS industry-new technologies, customer expectations and market shifts.
Minimum Qualifications / What you must have:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, Computer Science or a related discipline.
- 7+ plus years of management/leadership experience.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build customer relationships, support sales efforts, and contribute to a "go-to market" strategy.
- Exposure/experience in SaaS product offerings, including familiarity with subscription-based business models, pricing, and product-led growth strategies desired.
- Comfortable working with and supporting domestic and international customers is preferred.
- Knowledge and familiarity of agile software development and cloud-based product delivery.
- Exposure in managing or contributing to P&L performance for a product or business unit is helpful.
- A collaborative and entrepreneurial mindset along with a mix of technical understanding and business sense.
- The ability to guide cross-functional teams toward shared goals.
- A focus on customer value, not just transactions.
- Ability to frequently travel (domestic and international) will be required up to 25%
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications
Additional Information:
This position may require eligibility to obtain a US security clearance. (Non-US Citizens may not be eligible to obtain a security clearance)
- Previous experience with on ground combat Vehicle development and integration desired.
- Able to bring continuous improvement processes and methodologies to the position. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills is required. Works well in team and individually
- Must be able to work occasional evening and/or weekend overtime as required
