Responsibilities
As a Security professional within MTSI, you will be responsible for working in different security disciplines in which you will interact with Air Force program managers, engineers and industry subject matter experts across multiple domains (air, space, cyber) supporting Department of Defense (DOD), and Intelligence Community (IC) customers. You will be working in a Special Access Program (SAP) Sensitive Compartmentalized Information (SCI) environment. This position will be located on Wright Patterson Air Force Base. Duties to be independently executed include but are not limited to: Visitor and Access Control * Escort facility visitors and maintain associated logs. * Assist in preparing and issuing facility access control badges. * Maintain and support facility access control systems, including visitor management. * Research, process, file, and maintain inbound and outbound visit notices. Personnel Security and Clearance Processing * Maintain personnel access records in Joint Access Data Environment (JADE) and other security databases. * Execute the Special Access Program Nomination Process (SAPNP). * Execute the Program Access Request (PARs) process. * Manage personnel security files and customer-sponsored billets for SAP and SCI * Track and monitor security clearance processing with government personnel. * Conduct security checks in DISS and for SAP access eligibility. * Conduct personnel indoctrinations. Classified Material and Document Control * Process and control inbound and outbound classified mail, faxes, courier packages, and receipts. * Provide support as a primary or alternate media custodian. * Support classified document reproduction and transfers. * Maintain document Top Secret accountability database and associated materials. * Perform destruction of classified materials and process magnetic media for accountability. * Maintain administrative logs related to classified document control. Program Security Oversight and Compliance * Oversee all aspects of SAP security. * Proactively work with Industry Contractor Program Security Officers (CPSOs) on contract efforts to ensure mission security requirements are met. * Execute and ensure compliance with SAP security policies and procedures. * Provide support in Air Force SAP security compliance inspections. * Ensure security requirements are incorporated into contractual documents. * Follow and enforce the customer's Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). * Execute security SAP and SCI operations, activities to unit members in accordance with program directives and security classification guides (SCG).
Qualifications
* At least 3+ years of progressive experience in security related tasks relevant to the above responsibilities. * Must have 5 years or more of experience in an SAP environment. * Must be familiar with DoD security policies, including DoD 5205.7 Vol 1-4.
