Digital Director - Reuters We expect the successful candidate to be based in our New York City bureau. Reuters are looking for a visionary digital leader to run our digital news team. Having recently moved to a subscription model for our news app and website, we want to strengthen Reuters digital news products so they are indispensable to our subscribers around the world. As our new Digital Director, you will have significant news leadership experience in a digital environment as well as a deep understanding of how to build a subscriber audience around news. You will have top-notch news judgment, innovative ideas, and a proven ability to deliver at speed. In addition, you will know how to work across a digital organization, including with product, development and commercial teams. And finally, like our subscribers, you will be passionate about fact-based and independent news and have an endless curiosity about the world, from Mumbai to Milan, from technology to trade, and from the G20 to the Olympics. Thomson Reuters complies with local laws that require upfront disclosure of the expected pay range for a position. The base compensation range varies across locations.Eligible office location(s) for this role include one or more of the following: New York City, San Francisco, Los Angeles, and/or Irvine, CA; McLean, VA; Washington, DC. The base compensation range for the role in any of those locations is $195,930 - $363,870. This role may also be eligible for an Annual Bonus based on a combination of enterprise and individual performance. Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity. Base pay is one part of a comprehensive Total Reward program which also includes flexible and supportive benefits and other wellbeing programs.
