Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for handling all incoming calls and voicemails to the regional office line, ensuring that messages are being relayed to the appropriate recipients in a timely manner.
  • Handling customer service requests via phone call, email, and contact request forms.
  • Open and distribute mail daily.
  • Managing outgoing mail, returns, and shipments upon request.
  • Responsible for tracking and replacing office supplies as necessary.
  • Ensuring the kitchen and conference room are stocked and organized.
  • Managing the conference room calendar to ensure meetings are held without timing conflicts and interruptions.
  • Assisting with requests for day-to-day operating supplies.
  • Supporting the office manager with daily tasks and events.


Physical Demands:


  • Ability to lift, push and pull at least 10 pounds.
