The postdoctoral fellowship allows specialization in I/DD, including autism spectrum disorders, early childhood, genetic conditions, co-occurring psychiatric/behavioral disorders, community consultations, and pediatric neuropsychology. The postdoctoral training experience will emphasize specialized ASD/DD assessment, intervention, research, and interdisciplinary collaboration. There will be additional opportunities for manuscript writing, conference presentations and support for pilot studies/grant writing. Other responsibilities may include supervision of graduate-level trainees and community outreach and education.

PhD in basic science and/or related field of study OR Psychology/Psychiatry/Medical field.

Successfully completed a clinically based psychology internship, demonstrated interest and experience in intellectual/developmental disabilities.

Experience with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families, bot diagnostic and therapeutic experience is preferred.
