Job Title: Licensed Practical nurse (LPN General) Location: Marysville, OH 43040 Duration: 06 months to long term Shift: 6:45am-7:45pm- (3 days on / 4 days off)- rotating schedule Role & Responsibilities: Administers nursing care within scope of practice. Provides medication instructions to patients. Maintains medication accountability records. Observes, documents and reports patient conditions. Prepares and maintains related reports and records. Provides general nursing, direct care and programming assistance. Provides assistance to lower-level direct care staff in providing general unskilled nursing care as assigned. Orders medication and medical supplies, cleans nurses station and medication room/medication cart and performs clerical tasks. Documents Required: Active State License. BLS/CPR. Covid Card. TB test report.
