Branch Manager

First Supply is seeking a dynamic, driven individual to manage one of our distribution branches. The Branch Manager is responsible for achieving successful financial objectives for their branch, as well as local management presence for First Supply customers.

Interacts effectively with customers, maintaining and developing customer relationships
• Assists customers in person and over the phone
• Assumes primary responsibility for efficient, cost-effective facility operation
• Assists Corporate Credit staff with collection of customer accounts
• Manages the day-to-day activities of the facility
• Ensures inventory management consistent with sales, cash flow and financial goals
• Keeps abreast of industry trends; attends trade shows, conventions and seminars as appropriate or as directed
• Other responsibilities as assigned

• 3+ years experience in a wholesale distribution enterprise
• 2+ years experience with plumbing or HVAC or fluid handling
• Solid computer proficiency, particularly with Microsoft Office and Excel
• ERP experience required
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to interact with customers effectively in person and by telephone
