Your tasks Strengthen and sustain a support + services organization to meet all manufacturing value chain requirements. Lead & develop people through active leadership, development plans, performance management and training matrices while living collective accountability. Coordinate efforts for process improvements and engineering solutions to enhance operational efficiencies. Improve company and department performance through Operational Excellence/LEAN/Kaizen principles, methods, modules and elements. As well as CAPEX for new or existing equipment to increase capacity and/or improve effectiveness. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, quality, compliance, supply chain,etc.) to align engineering efforts. Contribute to monthly Goal Meeting, Daily Management and Gemba to cross-functional execution while tracking daily performance through the use +QDIP goals, to include root cause analysis and counter measures to identify, execute and validate for effectiveness. Your profile Minimum BS in Electrical Engineering, Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering Or similar field with 10+ years relevant experience and 5+ years of management experience Ability to adopt and propose global business process standards Benefits Clear vision and purpose "We are a sustainability and innovation leader providing superior customer value" is our vision and this is what guides us.
