Additional Information: The pay range for this position is $90,400 to $124,300+ benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by the experience and education required, and level of responsibility. The range posted for this role represents a range that Interstates, in good faith, believes it is willing to pay at the time of this posting. The pay is determined by job related skills, training, education, and experience.

Responsibilities

Duties and Responsibilities: include the following: Other duties may be assigned.

  • Planning and design of significant portions of OT systems with minimal supervision.
  • Works with project team to develop the scope of a project including defining how the OT system should work, defining the documentation, defining the system setup, and defining the type of startup support needed.
  • Configuration, implementation, testing and documentation of an OT system which may include setup of one or more parts of the overall system. This would include Server and PC machine setup, Network Setup, Hardware Setup, and Software Setup, and thus could require an advanced knowledge of IT skills in several areas as listed below.
  • Maintains confidentiality on potentially sensitive customer information.
  • Configuration, installation and troubleshooting of OT software, hardware, and networks.
  • Capable of installing and starting up OT systems at a customer's site without direct supervision.
  • Is capable of performing in-house and in-plant customer operator training for OT systems.
  • Responsible for developing OT standards and verifying that they are being followed.
  • May be required to help in the training of other Interstates employees in the OTIS home base.
  • Performs technical design and helps in estimating pricing for projects.
  • Travel will be required for sales purposes, for fact finding, to install OT systems, and to provide plant start-up services at customer sites.
  • Available for afterhours support.
  • Defines and delegates work to others
  • Has a thorough understanding of standards
  • Reviews implementations for accuracy

Qualifications

Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each duty satisfactorily. Education and/or Experience: Bachelor's degree (B.A., B.S.) from four-year college or university with an emphasis in Computer Studies or some branch of Information Technology or Associate's degree (A.A., A.S.) from a two-year community college or technical school with an emphasis in Computer Studies. Experience with OT systems in implementing network infrastructures (Startup) and experience in dealing with customers regarding system requirements, etc. Experience in designing OT systems and experience in dealing with customers regarding scheduling, resources, system requirements, etc. Must have at least three years' experience as an OT Systems Analyst, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Technical Skills: The technical skills essential for a Senior Systems Analyst include an advanced knowledge of IT Systems as they apply to Manufacturing systems in one or more of the following areas:

  • Server and PC Setup
  • Network Infrastructure
  • Hardware Setup, Software Setup
  • Understanding of manufacturing systems and server setup.
  • Technical skills necessary also include troubleshooting of networks and mathematical skills.

Travel Requirements: The amount of travel will vary according to business requirements. Up to

35% may be expected
