More than half the world's population sees AP journalism every day. Opportunity: We seek a proactive and internationally minded Junior HR Business Partner to join our global business partnering team. Reporting to the Director, HRBP, in this role you will work closely with our international network of HR Business Partners across both news and business operations, as well as an HR Administrator. Motivated by a commitment to AP's mission to advance the power of facts and uphold its organisational values, you will play a key role in delivering a high-quality employee experience at every stage of the lifecycle across all AP departments and locations. Together with the HR Administrator, you will be instrumental in supporting the smooth running of HR operations and projects. Using your knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practice, you will lead and facilitate key processes and serve as an important first point of contact across a broad range of issues. With a focus on collaboration, precision and efficiency, this role requires a solutions-oriented self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced international environment as part of a high-performing global HR team.
