Job Title: Virtual Trainer (Special Template)

Location: Remote

Duration: 3 Months

Summary

  • We are looking for an experienced trainer to deliver Enterprise ChatGPT 101, a virtual, instructor-led session that introduces foundational concepts of AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and prompt engineering.
  • The trainer must be comfortable navigating both the course material and the ChatGPT platform. This is an entry-level session where participants will follow along in-platform as the facilitator guides the session.
  • Each class will have approximately 35 muted participants. While the session is not interactive via voice, participants may ask questions in the chat. A dedicated producer will be available to manage and respond to chat inquiries.

Pre-Session Preparation

  • Audio/Video Setup:

    • Test all technical components before the session begins.


  • Set Expectations:

    • Assign co-hosts to support logistics (e.g., chat moderation, screen sharing).




Engagement Techniques

  • Encourage interaction via chat and emoji reactions.

  • Support attendees with access or connectivity issues.


2. In-Session Support

  • Manage Audio/Video:

    • Mute/unmute participants as needed.
    • Spotlight/pin the facilitator's video feed.


  • Monitor Chat/Q&A:

    • Respond to technical questions.
    • Elevate key questions or comments to the facilitator.


  • Engagement Monitoring:

    • Encourage interaction using chat, emojis, and hand-raising.
    • Troubleshoot any disconnection issues.




3. Post-Session Support

  • End the session smoothly (stop recording, save the chat, etc.).
  • Generate reports: attendance, poll results, chat transcripts.
  • Support any follow-up tasks, such as sending post-session materials.

Learning Objectives:

  • Explain how ChatGPT works.
  • Construct effective prompts.
  • Identify strategies to avoid bias and hallucinations in AI output.


Trainer Responsibilities:

  • Lead engaging and professional sessions via WebEx.
  • Follow provided facilitator guides and slide decks.
  • Confidently address participant questions via chat.
  • Maintain a safe, inclusive, and interactive virtual environment.
  • Share post-session insights or recommendations.


Requirements:

  • Experience delivering virtual corporate training.
  • Solid knowledge of ChatGPT, LLMs, and AI fundamentals.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to manage group dynamics in a virtual setting.
  • Proficiency with WebEx or similar platforms.


Enterprise ChatGPT 102 - Course Description

Audience:

Intermediate to advanced enterprise users of ChatGPT

Course Summary:

This session focuses on leveraging ChatGPT for data analysis, document generation, and visualization. It includes practical use cases, hands-on demos, and strategies for configuring Custom GPTs for enterprise workflows.

Learning Objectives:

  • Apply ChatGPT for business and data analysis tasks.
  • Use appropriate techniques for data visualization.
  • Configure and implement Custom GPTs for enterprise functions.


Trainer Responsibilities:

  • Deliver hands-on, use case-driven virtual training.
  • Walk learners through live demonstrations and exercises.
  • Translate complex AI concepts into practical business language.
  • Manage live Q&A and foster participant engagement.
  • Provide feedback on participant engagement and course delivery.


Requirements:

  • Experience in training related to business, tech, or data domains.
  • Strong understanding of ChatGPT applications in analysis and documentation.
  • Ability to explain technical topics clearly and concisely.
  • Comfortable working with cross-functional enterprise teams.
  • Proficient with WebEx and virtual engagement tools.


Must Have:

  • Prior experience delivering virtual corporate training.
