Title: Project Manager II Duration: 06 months (possible extension) Location: Plymouth, MN 55442 (Candidates MUST be local to the Twin Cities area) Note: Must be able to attend onboarding/training in the office at the start of the assignment, but may work remotely from home after that and attend occasional in-office meetings. Description: Must be able to attend onboarding/training in the office at the start of the assignment, but may work remotely from home after that and attend occasional in-office meetings. The role encompasses MDR leadership from a Project Management perspective, but MDR experience is not required. Person does not need regulatory affairs experience, but will be working in the Regulatory realm. Leadership experience and strong communication skills are required. Technical experience is helpful, and medical device experience is preferred, but will consider other types of experience. Must be able to demonstrate examples of clear leadership without authority. Must hold team members responsible and ensure project deliverables meet the expectations and also meet project deadlines. No one will be reporting, but need to influence running remediation activities in a regulatory affairs environment. Will be working with 15-20 on delivering documentation for product remediation. Project plan and schedule/hold weekly meetings with the core team to drive timelines and completion. This is not an IT PM role. Not following agile or waterfall. Not systems based PM is highly desired in a technical field/regulated environment. Development work to execute a product launch. Highly organized with MS project, SharePoint, and MS Suite skills. This person will be required to report out to leadership (manager director level). Qualification: BA is required and 7+ years of experience in a PM leadership role in a regulated environment. Certification is a plus but not required. Top Skills: High level of communication skills. Medical device or pharma PM experience desired. Project management skills in a regulated environment, Organizational skills Clear leadership, NOT a software PM.
