About the role

We are looking for aUtility/Janitorto provide general janitorial services to our mine and plant location in Boron, California where we mine and refined borates in preparation for global shipping.

Reporting to theMaintenance & Services Supervisoryou will be:

  • Providing general daily cleaning for all facility and office floors, furniture, walls, windows, doorways, etc.
  • Safe use of manual and electric cleaning tools in adherence with the companies safety policies
  • Maintains neat and sanitary conditions in restrooms and ensures that soap and paper products are available at all times
  • Empties trash cans and ash trays, removes refuse, and performs other general clean-up work, as required
  • Monitors janitorial supplies and restocks when necessary
  • Becomes familiar with new janitorial equipment and proficient in its use

What you'll bring

  • Ability to work any schedule
  • Must be able to read, write, and do basic arithmetic
  • Driver's License
