Summary The Financial Terms Management Senior Manager will support the Revenue Operations Associate Director by leading a team responsible for the intake, validation, documentation and implementation of financial terms that support the end-to-end revenue cycle, ensuring compliance with client agreements and firm policies. The Senior Manager plays a critical role in designing and executing the future vision, structure and operations of the Financial Terms Management team. The ideal candidate brings deep financial acumen, operational leadership, and a proven ability to guide high-performing teams through growth and transformation. Duties and Responsibilities
Establish a governance framework for managing client financial terms, ensuring consistency, compliance, and alignment with client agreements and firm policies. Framework includes ability to identify instances of non-compliance and implementing preventative measures to mitigate future risk.
Salaries vary by location and are based on numerous factors, including, but not limited to, the relevant market, skills, experience, and education of the selected candidate. If an estimated salary range for this role is available, it will be provided in our Target Salary Range section.
