***This position is an onsite role based out of our Salt Lake City, UT (Millrock) offices***

About you

This position provides day-to-day operating and administrative requirements for the team. The position will oversee all components of the teams' operation including marketing packages, purchasing, budgeting, financial management, database management, and all people administrative activities.

As a key member of the team, this role will be responsible for defining the strategy and tactics to build continuous improvement in service delivery and the ongoing development of a sales performance culture.

In this role, you will...

  • Coordinate the planning and directing of all financial, operational and administrative activities on behalf of Partners.

  • Oversee operations of the platform and the work of the leadership team.

  • Lead the creation and preparing of content for listing pitches/presentations and memorandums

  • Assist on drafting content, creating and gathering maps, coordinating surveys and other applicable market intelligence and marketing support.

  • Independently determine the appropriate methodology in creating marketing and presentation materials.

  • Design, produce and distribute financing memorandums and executive summary flyers.

  • Regular communication with client and capital sources including required weekly reporting.

  • Oversee action items from meetings and events which may include following up directly, or ensuring the follow up of others, compiling or exchanging information and contacts, tracking issues, and providing other assistance.

  • Argus financial modelling when needed.

  • Hold weekly support team meetings

  • Maintain the team's CRM system (Apto) and make updates/changes as required

  • Liaise with clients to coordinate information, organize meetings, and obtain required documentation.

  • Act as a subject matter expert; provide guidance to team members on technical questions.

What you'll bring

  • 4+ years of experience in a similar position.

  • Intermediate proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite 4: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat.

  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Exceptional customer service, organizational and prioritization skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure, deal with multiple deadlines, effectively handles stressful situations, and work with minimal direction/supervision.

  • Excellent communication (follow-through and follow-up) skills, and ability to meet commitments and deadlines.
