Your Role:

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Manager, Executive Compensation to join our Total Rewards team. This individual will play a critical role in the development, administration and analysis of executive compensation programs, with a strong emphasis on private equity incentive plans, preparation of materials for the Compensation Committee meetings, and developing clear and professional communication to senior leadership and participants in LTI programs. The role offers the opportunity to support strategic decision-making and ensure alignment between our compensation programs and long-term business objectives.

What you'll be doing:

Private Equity and Long-Term Incentive Plan Management

  • Continue to implement and administer private equity-based compensation programs such as profits interest units, phantom appreciation units, and long-term cash plans.

  • Administer off-cycle and special grant process

  • Lead ongoing plan operations including grant processes, vesting, performance tracking and payout calculations.

  • Partner with legal, finance, and external advisors to ensure plan compliance with tax, accounting and regulatory requirements.

  • Ensure communications materials (e.g. presentations, guides, FAQs, etc) are clear and consistent to educate new and existing plan participants about their long-term incentive awards.

  • Act as the first level of contact for LTI-eligible employees to answer questions and provide information regarding the Company-provided LTI plans. Leads and/or actively participates in ongoing training for existing and newly-eligible LTI participants to provide information about the plan.

CommitteeandBoardSupport

  • Support the development of materials and analysis for Compensation Committee and Board of Director (if applicable) meetings, including executive pay proposals, long-term incentive awards and agreements, peer benchmarking, and performance updates.

  • Draft compensation summaries, policy documentation, and decision-making support decks in partnership with legal and finance teams.

  • Ensure accurate and timely delivery of all meeting deliverables.

ExecutiveCompensationStrategyandCommunication

  • Act as a trusted advisor to HR Leadership and senior executives on compensation matters, providing recommendations and insights grounded in market data and external practices.

  • Assist in the preparation and delivery of compensation summaries, equity award documentation and individual analysis for executive team members.

  • Lead the development of compensation recommendations for executive hires, promotions and retention packages.

  • Collaborate closely with Executive Talent Acquisition to ensure job offers a balanced between candidate expectations, market analysis, budget and internal equity. Provide guidance to Executive TA on potential sign-on packages.

Compliance,Benchmarking,andReporting

  • Oversee the external market benchmarking, compensation survey participation and internal analytics to support executive compensation decisions.

  • Ensureongoingcompliancewithrelevantlawsandinternalgovernancestandards where applicable.

  • Maintain compensation data integrity and reporting accuracy in HRIS and equity administration systems.

  • Act as the Executive Compensation lead on the annual compensation review process team and ensures that executive compensation information is configured correctly in Workday. Partners closely with the Sr. Director, Executive Compensation to ensure Board-approved compensation actions are entered correctly into the system.

  • Complete executive job evaluations in the IPE tool for new and existing roles as needed.

What you'll bring:

  • Bachelors Degree

  • 5+yearsofprogressiveexperienceinexecutivecompensation,experience in private companies is a plus.

  • Knowledgeofequitycompensationstructuresandlegal/taximplications.

  • Strong global business acumen and experience in working with dynamic functional teams.

  • Strong and confident problem solver and communicator who is comfortable influencing others and acting as a credible advisor.

  • Highly flexible, able to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines to complete well in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving organization.

We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Vantive, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $112,000 to $160,000 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors. This position may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
