Full-Time Job Description
Overview of the Position: The Regional Account Director -- OEM is responsible for expanding Wencor's commercial footprint within Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and sub-tier accounts. This role emphasizes strategic customer relationship development, sales growth, and collaboration across internal support functions to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. The goal is to cultivate long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships that drive sustainable revenue and margin growth. NOTE: This is a remote position. Candidates must live in the following states to be considered: AL, CA, FL, GA, ID, KS, KY, MA, MO, NC, NV, NY, OK, SC, TX, UT, WA. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Requirements
Education / Experience Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field required; MBA preferred. Minimum of 10 years of aerospace sales experience, including at least 5 years in a direct OEM account management role. Established industry network, including senior-level customer contacts. Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Mathematical Skills: Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations. Reasoning Ability: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
