Summary:

This Coordinator is responsible for ensuring a smooth and positive experience for new hires joining the company and for employees leaving the organization. This role manages the administrative tasks associated with both processes, ensuring compliance and efficiency while contributing to a positive employee experience.

Essential Functions:

  • Maintain and update onboarding and offboarding documentation and process workflows.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and improve onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Coordinate pre-employment paperwork and background checks.
  • Prepare and distribute new hire orientation materials. Including supporting new hires with technology, and equipment ordering.
  • Schedule and coordinate onboarding meetings and training sessions.
  • Set up new hire accounts and access to necessary systems.
  • Serve as a point of contact for new hires, answering questions and providing support.
  • Collect feedback from new hires and hiring managers to improve the onboarding process.
  • Coordinate the badging process with new employees and client security teams to ensure proper access and security protocols are followed.
  • Manage the ordering and distribution of company uniforms for eligible employees.
  • Coordinate the return of company property, including uniforms, technology, and badges.
  • Revoke system access and ensure data security.
  • Provide offboarding documentation to the manager.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in account management, with a focus on onboarding and offboarding preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Smartsheet's, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Detail-oriented and able to work independently.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally.
  • Ability to travel occasionally to other site locations (if required).

On-site -Berkeley, MO, North Charleston, SC
