Academy - Middle School Boys Soccer Head Coach

Duties of the Middle School Boys Soccer Head Coach:

• Responsible for planning of practices and game management
• Oversee and direct middle school assistant and team managers with pre and post game responsibilities
• Serve as coach during all middle school games, home and away
• Oversee upload of scores on social media on game days
• Effectively communicate with parents with team related updates
• Maintain the highest order of professionalism and display the highest level of ethical and moral behavior at all times, including building positive relationships with athletes, coaches, parents, and the community
  
• Help create a Christ-centered environment and team culture of service to others that reflects the Lipscomb Academy Mission Statement
  
• Guide student-athletes in learning appropriate sportsmanship, cooperation, work ethic, personal responsibility, and competitiveness to all student-athletes
• Other duties as assigned by the Dir of Soccer.
