The Administrative Coordinator II is responsible for the office operations for Patient Care Services department. The Coordinator assesses the need leader support in office functions. I.e. organizes meetings, manages calendars and projects to meet these needs and provides support when required. The Coordinator is responsible for the overall collaboration and coordination in support of staff development education, and recognition activities of the Nursing department in conjunction with Senior Nursing Leadership and Shared Governance Councils. Responsibilities: 6. Screening phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate party. Experience Required 0-2 years experience required, 3-5 years preferred Education Requirements HS diploma/GED required, Associates degree preferred. License/Certification Requirements Current AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) Instructor status required Skills/Qualifications: Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Special Requirements full time, 40 hours a week Apply
