BE PART OF THE CONNECTION As a Sr Mgr., HR Program Management, you will be responsible for leading multiple project work streams across business units. With oversight from the Senior Director of HR PMO, this individual will lead a cross-functional program aimed at increasing the tenure of frontline employees at Charter. This leader will manage the development and implementation of projects related to attracting and retaining talent, enhancing manager effectiveness, boosting employee engagement, and strengthening career development opportunities for frontline staff. - Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience
- Proven experience managing complex projects by collaborating with business unit leaders and HR leaders to understand their organizational and operational needs.
- Act as the primary project contact for the EXCEL at Frontline Leadership program management team and executive leadership to ensure the program's success. Work in partnership with HR and BU leaders to prepare quarterly business reviews.
- Demonstrated ability to leverage analytics for decision making risk assessment and project evaluation.
- Lead the design and implementation of a comprehensive and engaging new hire onboarding experience that begins before day 1 and continues through the employee's first anniversary.
- Collaborate with HR subject matter experts to develop and implement strategies and solutions that support other strategic HR and business initiatives as required.
- Manage vendor relationships, with experience overseeing the processing of contracts
- Develop and maintain project timelines, goals and uses an innovative approach to deliver impactful and sustainable results
- Create project status updates through executive-ready presentations
- Provide effective and timely communication while maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, leaders and boundary partners with minimal direction
- Perform other duties as requested

Proficient in creating detailed project plans, schedules, and timelines. * Thrives on collaboration and teamwork while also being able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment. * Able to take ownership of project planning, design, review, and approval for HR initiatives, managing projects from conception to completion * Self-motivated and able to grasp new concepts quickly * Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills. * Integrity, sound judgment, and out-of-the-box thinking are a must with the passion to add value through strong networks and collaboration with all colleagues. * Committed to maintaining confidentiality. * Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage workforce and business data to assess performance and enhance business results. * Knowledgeable in project management software. Required Education Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business administration or related field, or equivalent experience.
