Description and Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage closely with the business team on digital transformation initiatives and process optimization displaying a deep understanding of market tech trends and capabilities needed to be best in class
  • Collaborate with the Business, IT and extended team to design and implement effective process design and solutions with AI transformation, Architecture & solution governance top of mind
  • AI Transformation Lead with experience in Data Modeling and Analytics
  • Business process design lead across all initiatives to ensure harmonization and avoid overlap and act as the interface between Business and IT, collecting, reviewing, and prioritizing requirements to support continuous business improvement.
  • Manage projects incl leading Change Management activities

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in Digital Transformation or a related field with focus on Architecture/AI
  • 8+ years of experience with SAP AR/AP, TRM, FSCM, CRM, and other modules
  • Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant professional area

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong business design capabilities and system consulting experience with deep understanding of multiple major components of the business enterprise including deep knowledge of AI
  • Curiosity to find new and innovative ways to use digital technologies and tools to improve cross-functional processes and business performance
  • Research-based approach to data analysis and problem-solving in the design and delivery of digital solutions for improved customer experience
  • Lead evaluation, design, and analysis for the implementation of a solution architecture and AI across level 2 business capability
  • Design various data solutions or advanced analytics models leveraging AI to solve real business problems
  • Manage projects in agile approach. Identify and manage risks that may affect projects, and develop risk mitigation plans with the help of senior project managers
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written. Chinese a spoken and written is a big plus

The base salary budgeted range for this position is $120k - $160K. Individuals may also be considered for bonus and/or commission.
