Salary Range: $59.67-$138.60 Hourly Qualifications Required: BSN or MSN degree Current valid California RN license 5 years recent acute care experience and progressive leadership positions Nursing Professional Leadership certification (NEA-BC, NE-BC, CNL, CNML preferred) or obtain within 24 months BLS from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association, ACLS, and PALS Knowledge to manage disaster incidents, sentinel events and ability to problem solve with critical thinking skills Expertise in patient care clinical services Ability to communicate effectively Strong leadership and clinical skills Ability to create and maintain environment that promotes teamwork, collaboration, and achieve objectives Skills in prioritizing Ability to assess, plan, intervene and evaluate Ability to inform and educate Knowledge of Professional, and Regulatory Standards Adept at using technology Ability to use any equipment (machines, tools, office appliances or motor vehicles) required to do the job, with or without a reasonable accommodation per nursing policy, procedures, guidelines, or equipment manual directions.
