*Job Description*
* This role assists the companies HR Compliance function in the Employee Relations CoE. * You will be responsible for supporting the proper administration and consistent enforcement of employment policies and practices to maintain a compliant work environment where all employees and applicants can succeed. * You will conduct thorough investigations of sensitive workplace issues and reach impartial conclusions. * You will help execute strategic HR initiatives, programs, and training to maintain a positive work environment. *Top Skills Details* employee relations, human resources, corrective action plans, federal compliance, policy development, policy compliance, reasonable accommodations *Additional Skills & Qualifications* * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. * 3-5 years of HR experience, specifically in: * Advising management on corrective actions across multiple states. * Handling employee relations issues, including investigations and conflict resolution. * Managing reasonable accommodations and using case management systems (e.g., HR Acuity). * Experience with federal contractor compliance (e.g., EEO-1, AAP, VETS-100 reporting). * Leading or supporting HR compliance initiatives and policy development. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
