*Description*
Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, packages, and faxes to appropriate departments and personnel. Prepare and process outgoing mail, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and postal regulations. Operate mailroom equipment such as postage meters, scanners, envelope openers, and document shredders. Maintain accurate logs and tracking systems for incoming and outgoing mail, including certified and overnight deliveries. Coordinate with courier services and schedule pickups and deliveries as needed. Ensure timely delivery of time-sensitive healthcare documents such as medical records, claims, and authorizations. Maintain inventory of mailroom supplies and reorder as necessary. Support document imaging and scanning processes for electronic health record (EHR) systems. Assist with general administrative tasks as needed. *Additional Skills & Qualifications* High school diploma or equivalent required. Prior experience in a mailroom or administrative support role, preferably in a healthcare or MSO setting. Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and handling of confidential information. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to operate mailroom equipment and basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, document management systems). Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to lift and move packages up to 30 lbs. *Experience Level* Intermediate Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
