Our client - a leader in the telecom industry - is on the hunt for a Construction Coordinator to help drive their Fiber-to-the-Home (FTTH) project to new heights! As a Construction Coordinator, you won't just be managing timelines - you'll be shaping the future of high-speed connectivity. This hybrid role blends strategic office work with hands-on field engagement, giving you the best of both worlds. * What You'll Do:* * Lead and oversee construction vendors to ensure top-tier execution. * Perform quality checks on job designs before they hit the field. * Track construction progress and keep projects on schedule. * Review as-builts, production reports, and invoices to ensure accuracy and accountability. * Estimate utility construction costs and manage RFPs and labor bids. * Coordinate materials, permits, and contractor milestones. * Ensure quality assurance and compliance with SLAs. * Keep everything on track using Workfront project management tools. * Be the communication bridge between developers, contractors, and internal teams. *What You Bring:* * Experience as an OSP inspector, field supervisor, or OSP designer. * Strong knowledge of Coax, HFC, or Fiber technologies. * Bonus points for experience with CATV construction vendors. * Familiarity with FTTH, vendor management, strand mapping, and cost estimation. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
