What you will do: As a Mechanical Engineer II, you will be a member of our New Product Introduction (NPI) development team. In this role, you will influence the conceptual development, mathematical analysis, detailed design, and overall performance of sophisticated products and systems, including the building of and validation of advanced design concepts. You will have highly focused activities on product performance, system ratings development and agency related elements of the programs. As a recognized technical specialist this role may participate in industry Trade organization and agency work and provide support to the production, laboratory, service, applications, and marketing teams How you will do it:

About the Manager: I have been working in the Residential/light commercial HVAC product engineering industry for 30+ years. My experience includes work in water source heat pumps, residential AC/ heat pumps, coils, and air handlers. My interests revolve around developing high quality, cost competitive, strong performing residential HVAC systems. Our work and designs make possible societal economic growth and advancement of society, by providing comfortable, and healthy environment where we work, live, and play. Expect to be challenged in this role to learn new tools and systems, tackle complicated projects, make engineering judgements in the face of uncertainty, and conduct exploratory analysis to evaluate system performance. As a leader, I focus on continuous learning, employee development, and execution - both building our own engineering skillsets, but also improving our processes and products.
