About the Manager:

I have been working in the Residential/light commercial HVAC product engineering industry for 30+ years. My experience includes work in water source heat pumps, residential AC/ heat pumps, coils, and air handlers. My interests revolve around developing high quality, cost competitive, strong performing residential HVAC systems. Our work and designs make possible societal economic growth and advancement of society, by providing comfortable, and healthy environment where we work, live, and play. Expect to be challenged in this role to learn new tools and systems, tackle complicated projects, make engineering judgements in the face of uncertainty, and conduct exploratory analysis to evaluate system performance. As a leader, I focus on continuous learning, employee development, and execution - both building our own engineering skillsets, but also improving our processes and products.

I value candidates with positive, "can-do," work ethic, who finds no challenge beyond a solution with a creative, initiative-taking, and detail-oriented perspective in their work.

I hope you are excited to take on this challenge and help Johnson Controls grow its Residential Ducted Systems business!
