Genesis10 is currently seeking a Salesforce Administrator for a 6 month contract to hire role with our client in Minneapolis, MN.

This role is hybrid, majority of the time remote.


Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Administrator Consultant with 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic healthcare organization. The ideal candidate will specialize in configuring, customizing, and optimizing Salesforce platforms to support patient management, provider workflows, and operational efficiency in a healthcare setting. This role requires expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud or other Salesforce products, a deep understanding of HIPAA compliance, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions that enhance patient care and business outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • System Configuration & Customization: Design, configure, and maintain Salesforce environments, including Health Cloud, to support healthcare-specific processes such as patient engagement, care coordination, and provider relationship management.
  • Workflow Optimization: Develop and implement workflows, process builders, flows, and automation to streamline operations, ensuring seamless integration with healthcare systems like EHR/EMR platforms (e.g., Epic, Cerner).
  • Data Management: Ensure data integrity by managing patient and provider data, creating reports, dashboards, and analytics to support clinical and operational decision-making.
  • Compliance & Security: Maintain HIPAA-compliant Salesforce configurations, manage user permissions, roles, profiles, and sharing rules to safeguard sensitive patient information.
  • User Support & Training: Provide ongoing support to end-users, troubleshoot issues, and conduct training sessions for healthcare staff to maximize platform adoption and efficiency.
  • Integration & Collaboration: Work with IT teams and third-party vendors to integrate Salesforce with healthcare applications and external systems, ensuring interoperability.
  • Project Management: Lead or support Salesforce implementation projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment, while adhering to project timelines and budgets.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on Salesforce releases, healthcare industry trends, and best practices to recommend enhancements and new features that align with organizational goals.


Qualifications:

Experience: 3-5 years as a Salesforce Administrator, with at least 1-2 years in a healthcare environment implementing or supporting Salesforce Health Cloud or similar platforms.

Certifications: Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201) certification required; Salesforce Health Cloud Accredited Professional or Platform App Builder certification preferred.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Salesforce configuration (objects, fields, page layouts, record types, workflows, flows).

Experience with Salesforce Health Cloud, data models, and healthcare-specific features.

Familiarity with integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, REST/SOAP APIs) and healthcare integrations (e.g., HL7, FHIR).

Knowledge of reporting tools (Salesforce Reports, Dashboards, Tableau CRM).

Healthcare Knowledge: Understanding of healthcare regulations (HIPAA, GDPR) and familiarity with clinical workflows, patient management, or provider operations.

Soft Skills:

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to address complex healthcare challenges.

Excellent communication skills to interact with clinical staff, IT teams, and leadership.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Education: 4 Year Degree or equivalent education and work experience

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies for project delivery.

Familiarity with other Salesforce clouds (e.g., Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud) in healthcare contexts.

Background in change management or user adoption strategies within healthcare organizations.

Compensation:

Hourly W2 pay rate $60.00-75.00/Hr.
