The Opportunity

This Sr. Manager role at Adobe's Benefits Americas is responsible for managing the coordinated strategy and design across the portfolio of Benefits offered to our employees in Canada, US, and LATAM, along with management of the Leave of Absence, Sick, and Time Away benefits. This role will have people management responsibilities and require demonstrable experience in team leadership and collaboration with peers across the benefits ecosystem.

What you'll Do

Strategy and Design:

  • Lead collaboration across program managers in the development and execution of benefits strategies for the Americas region, ensuring continued alignment with business goals, employee needs and market competitiveness.

Compliance and Risk Management:

  • Lead all aspects of Compliance and Risk Management across the portfolio of benefit

  • Ensure all benefits programs follow applicable local regulations, including healthcare reform, tax regulations, and other relevant laws

  • Ensure all plan fiduciary responsibilities are maintained, including renewals, vendor reviews (e.g., annual assessments) and requests for proposals (RFPs).

  • Oversee the successful completion of annual plan audits, plan financials, government filings, non-discrimination compliance testing, fiduciary insurance renewals and other plan reviews and audits across the Americas Benefits

Oversight Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the U.S. Leaves oversight and governing committee

  • Budget oversight-Oversee the budget for owned programs while maintaining program quality and employee satisfaction.

Employee Communication and Engagement:

  • Develop clear and effective education and communication strategies to improve awareness of benefits and increase employee participation in key programs.

  • Drive strategy and increase employee engagement by partnering with the engagement and wellbeing team on events (e.g., semi-annual speaker series, employee storytelling, new grad Summit, vendor pop-ups, Open Enrollment) and communications.

Vendor Management and Partner Collaboration:

  • Build and strengthen strategic relationships with external vendor partners and participate in key partner Client Council roundtable events and surveys.

  • Lead 3-year program strategy refresh and roadmap development that optimizes outcomes and drives strategies and delivery.

What you need to succeed

  • Degree or equivalent experience with 10+ years of practical experience

  • Proven track record in benefits management and team leadership

  • Outstanding collaboration and communication skills

  • Strong analytical skills to drive data-informed decisions

  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

  • Passion for crafting inclusive and competitive benefits programs

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $137,100 -- $256,500 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
