The Business Analyst role involves a broad range of responsibilities to drive business transformation and process improvement. The successful candidate will gather and analyze business requirements, collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and goals, and facilitate workshops to elicit requirements and ensure stakeholder buy-in. Additionally, they will analyze current processes to identify inefficiencies and develop recommendations for improvement, creating process documentation and assessing the costs and benefits of implementation. The role also includes change management and training responsibilities, such as supporting the adoption of new processes and technologies, and developing training materials for end-users. Overall, the position requires strong analytical, communication, and project management skills, with the ability to contribute to multiple projects concurrently and escalate issues as needed, while working with core systems and preserving work products and artifacts. The Company is open to considering candidates in numerous locations, including Princeton and Philadelphia. The salary range posted below reflects market variations across various locations. This role is designated for either Princeton or Philadelphia and reflects multiple geographies. The offer will be adjusted per geography. The base salary range anticipated for this position is $72,000-$105,600, plus opportunity for company bonus based upon a percentage of eligible pay. In addition, the company makes available a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, 401k match, retirement savings plan, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO). The salary estimate is adjusted to reflect the varying market conditions across different locations, with the with the higher end being more aligned with the New Jersey job market. Factors that may be used to determine your actual salary include your specific skills, how many years of experience you have and comparison to other employees already in this role.
