Join us as our next Tolling Manager, reporting to our Head of Supply for North America. You will coordinate strategic tolling activities for North America to support business changes and growth where internal manufacturing does not have capabilities or cannot produce. Initiate and coordinate tolling activities following the regional planning organization and company targets on safety, service, cost and quality. Align with global tolling networks and sites on best practices, ways of working and supply networks. Develop a tolling strategy and build it based on the growth target and EXC S&OP.

This role can be based in Cincinnati, OH.

In this exciting role you will:

Build NOAM Regional Tolling Network

• Develop Toll Manufacturing Strategy aligned with Operations and Commercial on:
  
  
  
  • Our current portfolio and causes identifying opportunities for subcontracting and to who
  • Strategic positioning of Toll Manufacturing as a production capacity lever, by proactively monitoring critical supply constraints and the regional market
  
  
  
  
• Develop Tolling Assessments & Criteria to Setup & Qualify New Tollers with Validated Technology
• Establish and Maintain jointly beneficial Tolling Agreements
• Build and maintain a Tolling catalog for the region with current and potential tolled items and technologies/details, in line with the allocation matrix.

Performance/Results Mgmt

• Establish Toller Scorecards and Lead regular Performance Reviews to insure performance indicators are met, delivering customer orders on time in full, while ensuring competitive pricing and safe, sustainable operations.
• Establish and Meet Tolling Budget in line with Regional LE & Local Targets
• Proactively monitor & escalate supply issues
• Develop & Execute Toller Audits to assure stable and best practice execution of Tolling

Relationship Management

• Build and maintain relationships with Givaudan key stakeholders, e.g. Commercial, Operations, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Regulatory, Tech ops, Finance, Trade Affairs, Transportation, and GBS to ensure service level to customers, efficient operation and optimal inventory
• Insure Tollers follow Givaudan procedures, guidelines and best-practices on relevant areas including safety and sustainability.

Project Management:

• Lead, Identify & Support Projects/Initiatives, actively contributing Tolling Expertise
• New Items and Tolling improvement projects for reduced costs & efficient operations
• Oversee Setup/Qualification of New Tollers with Validated Technology and jointly beneficial Tolling Agreements

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain or a related area.
• 5+ years in a Planning/Procurement type of role
• 3+ years Leadership experience in integrated Supply Chain
• Experience in Production Planning, Inventory Management, Procurement and Supply Chain best practices (APICS )
• 6 sigma

Additional Qualification

• Master's Degree
• Yellow or Green Belt
• Experience in the flavour, ingredient or fragrance industry
