POSITION SUMMARY

The Business Optimization Specialist in Supply Chain Business Solution Center (BSC) is responsible for participating and leading all Acquisitions, Integrations, Transitions and Divestures that impacts the BSC from an Order to Cash (O2C) perspective. This role is responsible for identifying and executing business specific O2C process initiatives to improve performance in close collaboration with the appropriate business partners. This role will also lead and attend business-specific cross-functional projects and supports the teams in the BSC with system-related activities and enhancements, with a heavy focus on the Accounts Receivable, Claims and Deductions side of the business. This role has the subject matter expertise to enhance these current processes and solutions, and drive implementations of new systems/tools for the benefit of the overarching supply organization. This role is responsible for all Compliance activity for the BSC, as well as providing business support to the BSC and Center of Scale (CoS).

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Leads or participates in business-specific projects such as acquisitions, integrations, divestitures, and other business changes or business integration activities the impacts the BSC from an O2C perspective
* Participates and leads all compliance activity for the BSC. Includes: Compensating Control reports, as well as NMA, NGA, KPMG, etc. audits.

* Participates and executes yearly internal audits for the BSC O2C processes & procedures

* Provides business support to the BSC; daily, weekly and monthly reporting

* Provides business support to the BSC as it relates to the varies tools that are used to manage the business

* Works directly with the Center of Scale (CoS) to ensure compliance to the BSC O2C processes and procedures

* Performs system testing to ensure systems and process readiness (e.g., monthly Import All, new functionalities, unique business scenarios and processes, etc.)

* Builds and monitors customized/specialized reporting based on business needs (e.g., etc.)

* Identifies business requirements based on specific customer / business needs and raises business gaps

* Provides support in building capabilities within the BSC and CoS CA teams

* Provides support to CoS DxC and Cash App team as needed

* Collaborates with the CC CoC on a regular basis to ensure the policy and procedures are updated

* Business travel as needed

REQUIREMENTS AND MINIMUM EDUCATION LEVEL:
* 4-year bachelors' diploma preferred or equivalent work experience.

EXPERIENCE:
* 2 - 4 years' experience in Supply Chain preferred (e.g., Order Management, Distribution, Inventory Management, Transportation, Demand and Supply Planning etc.

SKILLS:

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent analytical aptitude with a proven ability to analyze/interpret data
* Well-organized, methodical thinker with excellent decision-making skills
* Strong and creative problem-solving skills, with emphasis on identifying root causes
* Proficiency in Microsoft office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook and Access)
* Proficiency in SAP, BW and Business Objects preferred
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
* Previous project management skills preferred
