Partner with the best As a Corporate Financial Reporting Analyst, you will be responsible to deliver accurate financial reporting and analysis, facilitate the execution of financial and operational controls, identify and implement process simplification and automation opportunities, and ensure compliance with company policy related to complex accounting. As Corporate Financial Reporting Analyst, you will be responsible for:
Preparation and analysis of accurate financial statements and disclosures based on actual results. Consolidate, analyze and report financials in compliance with reporting regulations. Preparing the accounting for complex transactions (Acquisition and dispositions, M&A, LE reorganization) and interacting with BD, Tax, Technical Controllership and Finance Reporting leads to ensure alignment and proper accounting across the company Assisting with and preparing consolidated financial deliverables by focusing on balance sheet analytics, balance sheet deep dives, KPIs, risk and aging monitoring Partnering with FP&A, Segment financial reporting, technical controllership, and treasury in relation to financial reporting matters Advising Functional managers or other Functions regarding approaches to processes and procedures and compliance with company policy Communicating with direct colleagues and the business about approach and methods for solving complex problems Focusing on process improvement with the intention of leveraging automation to drive efficiency and effectiveness Serving as a project leader of medium sized projects or is a major contributor to bigger projects. Work goals typically take 3-6 months to complete and the time horizon for results/impact is typically 2-12 months after the event Executing other duties as assigned

Have a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting Have a minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a Finance or Accounting role Have experience in multinational business Have professional knowledge of MS Office and financial reporting systems Have excellent written and oral communication skills. Be able to clearly communicate complex financial information and deliver messages effectively Be able to anticipate and to identify stakeholders' requirements, lead and influence cross-functional initiatives and work in a matrix organization
