Job Description:
The Client Badge team is looking for a Software Development Engineer who will act as first level support and development for all incoming production software application issues dealing with merchandising applications. Your solutions will impact our customers directly!

Primary responsibilities include:
* Developing monitoring solutions, troubleshooting/debugging and implementing the fix for internally developed code (JAVA or Python, etc.), performing SQL queries, improving our systems that gather metrics on our features, updating, tracking and resolving technical challenges.
* Working alongside development on Client Corporate and Divisional Software projects, updating/enhancing our current software, automation of support processes and documentation of our systems.

Basic Qualifications:
* Full Stack Developers ideal
* The ideal candidate is interested in a career in software development and is looking to utilize and expand their coding skills and gain exposure to a wide variety of software applications.
* They must be detail oriented, have superior verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational skills, are able to work independently and can maintain professionalism under pressure.
* 3+ years of professional software development experience.
* 2+ years of design/architecture experience (scalability, reliability).
* Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g. Java, C, Python, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications:
* 3+ years of experience in full software development life cycle.
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
