About the role

Provide presales solution expertise and guidance for Professional, Lifecycle and Managed Services to our clients and internal sales teams. Present as a thought leader to our clients and partners. Assess complex services solutions to meet our client's technology and business needs. Contribute to the development of services solution sales collateral with Product Marketing teams. Assist in transitioning from presales to post sales execution with the internal delivery teams.Along the way, you will get to:

  • Provides internal and client-facing business and delivery expertise and guidance; participates in internal and external solution design reviews; validates solution approach and associated work products to ensure adherence to company and delivery guidelines. Conducts cost analysis and due diligence studies to determine feasibility of various approaches.
  • Assists client in defining strategic direction for services solutions. Provides input in mapping business requirements to services solutions.
  • Evaluates strengths and weaknesses of solution design, suitability; recommends solutions to ensure consistency with the company vision.
  • Develop proposed solutions - Statements of Work, RFP/RFI responses, and cost modeling (perhaps in conjunction with other internal resources on complex bids), and delegating responsibilities or work efforts within the SSO team to ensure the opportunity is completed in a required time frame.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology or a related field preferred
  • 10+ years' experience services sales or delivery operations
  • 7+ years' experience in services solution presales, consulting or professional services
  • Managing relations with both internal and external business and technical delivery and sales teams
  • Demonstrated experience in analyzing complex solutions across multiple services.
  • Knowledge of past, current and emerging IT services solutions and technologies
  • Ability to drive client solutions and thought leadership around strategic Insight service solutions (e.g., executive presentation, technical presentations, whiteboard sessions)
