Leads the design and execution of enterprise-wide Talent strategies, operating at the intersection of business strategy and people strategy. Shapes our future workforce, advising senior leaders, and driving talent initiatives that directly impact enterprise performance.

This role is responsible for shaping our executive leadership pipeline, building programs that develop future-ready leaders, and serving as a subject matter expert (SME) in talent strategy and executive development across the enterprise. This individual partners closely with the People Leadership Team, business leaders, and HRBPs to ensure our talent strategies are forward-looking, data-informed, and deeply aligned to our long-term business goals.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and lead enterprise-wide People and Talent strategies that accelerate leadership readiness, build critical capabilities, and future-proof the organization.
  • Develop and scale executive development programs focused on officer and director leadership pipeline growth.
  • Serve as an enterprise-level SME on talent strategy, executive development, capability planning, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Consult with senior leaders and HRBPs to align talent priorities with business strategies.
  • Identify and prioritize enterprise talent needs using data and insights.
  • Evaluate external trends, benchmarks, and innovations to inform and evolve our approach to talent development and strategy.
  • Contribute to board-level and executive talent reviews, with clear, actionable recommendations on succession and development.

Skills / Abilities Required:
  • Deep expertise in building enterprise-wide talent strategies and executive development programs.

  • Proven ability to influence senior executives and shape thinking at the highest levels of the organization.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to connect data, insights, and foresight into compelling strategy.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to simplify complexity and inspire action.
  • Executive presence, agility, and comfort navigating ambiguity in fast-paced environments.
Min Quals:
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in talent strategy, executive development, or related disciplines.
  • Bachelor's degree in organizational development, Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field required. Advanced degree preferred.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience building enterprise wide strategies, strong analytical mindset, proven ability to influence Sr. executives, experience presenting to Sr. leadership, executive development and talent strategy background preferred.

Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.

Pay: (FEC_E28) U.S. Pay Range: $8,007.29/month - $14,413.11/month

Additional Details: The desired locations for this position would be Memphis, TN, Pittsburgh, PA, Dallas, TX, or Miami, FL.
