The US Oncology Network is looking for a Revenue Cycle Supervisor to join our team at Texas Oncology. This full-time on site position will support our Houston Memorial City clinic at 925 Gessner. This dynamic role, based in the Memorial City area, offers patient-facing supervisory responsibilities across two clinics and one satellite office, serving the Memorial City, Katy, and Sealy locations. Travel will be required about 50% of the time. Typical work hours are Monday-Friday; 8:00am to 5:00pm. What does the position do? Supervises the day to day revenue cycle operations in order to maximize the collection of medical services payments and reimbursements from patients, insurance carriers, financial aide, and guarantors. Supports and adheres to the US Oncology Compliance Program, to include Code of Ethics and Business Standards, and US Oncology's Shared Values. Work Environment: The work environment may include exposure to communicable diseases, toxic substances, ionizing radiation, medical preparations and other conditions common to an oncology/hematology clinic environment. Work will involve in-person interaction with co-workers and management and/or clients. Work may require minimal travel by automobile to office sites. |
