Brown, Inc. has a career opportunity available for a hands-on Test Engineer to join our growing Engineering and Test Division. We support customers across all platforms and services in the military, aerospace, shipboard, railway, weapons manufacturing, automotive, and consumer industries worldwide. The ideal candidate will be able to hit the ground running, must take a hands-on approach to their work, be flexible in their duties, and be a proven self-starter. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: DTB has the opportunity for you to become the best version of yourself! As a test engineer, you will oversee the design and running of numerous high-profile, challenging test programs. You will be responsible for all phases of the tests and are expected to learn environmental and vibration testing to specs such as MIL-STD810 and DO-160. In addition, this person is also responsible for continuous improvement activities as they see them in the lab and take ownership over them. In this role, there is a requirement at times to get large programs completed. In this role, you will be responsible for the scheduling, testing, and budgets of the programs.
