DESCRIPTION/JOB SUMMARY To assist with coordinating Information Technology (IT) projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with agreed upon business objectives RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES *Assist with managing the day-to-day with Information Technology (IT) project activities and resources, and facilitate project meetings *Coordinate efficient communication with all stakeholders throughout the project *Identify areas in need of process improvement *Facilitate understanding, teamwork, and cooperation with team members and all stakeholders *Assist in identifying requirements for infrastructure configuration or change management and assist in developing information system testing strategies, plans and/or scenarios *Assist the Help Desk by opening tickets in the Help Desk work order system and dispatch appropriate resources via email, or online request *Assist users with a range of technical problems, including hardware, software, and network issues when needed *Help manage incoming help desk tickets, prioritize issues, and escalate when necessary *Ensure all safety and security rules are strictly observed and any accidents, incidents or injuries are promptly reported to management *Complete the annual CTPAT Security Training *Focus on continuous improvement, and consistently demonstrate good business judgment *Work effectively with all Pride departments to exceed internal and external expectations *Pride retains the discretion to modify duties and/or assign other duties as necessary REQUIRED SKILLS *Must be a friendly team player, professional, detail-oriented, and honest Must have the ability to: *Multi-task, problem-solve, and prioritize in a fast-paced working environment *Work and communicate effectively with multiple departments as a cross functional team *Facilitate change, often with limited time constraints *Develop and manage multiple project plans and timelines according to project scope Must have: *Relentless drive to achieve advancement and continuous improvement *Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint *Intermediate working knowledge with creative (digital, traditional, multi-media) project workflow *Basic working knowledge of Sharepoint, MS project or a similar project tracking application *Excellent web navigation skills *Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills PREFERRED SKILLS *Basic understanding of Information Technology applications, processes, software, and equipment preferred REQUIRED EXPERIENCE *No experience required PREFERRED EXPERIENCE *Applicable internship experience preferred *Current or previous successful employment experience with Pride Mobility Products Corporation preferred REQUIRED EDUCATION *Associate's Degree in Information Technology or a related field PREFERRED EDUCATION *Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or a related field preferred REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS *Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now, or in the future DETAILS *This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive *In exceptional circumstances, some of the physical requirements of this position may be modified or eliminated as a reasonable accommodation for a person with a disability as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act Pride Mobility Products/Quantum Rehab is an Equal Opportunity employer.
